How we handle your data

1. Who we are

TGCP (TIECEC Global Care Plan) is the international health coordination programme of the Tianjin Centre for International Enterprise & Culture Exchange. We coordinate care; we do not practise medicine. Full registration details are available on request by email.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to assess whether we can help and, if so, to coordinate your care:

• Contact details — name, email address, and the country and timezone you are writing from.
• Health information — medical records, imaging reports, current medication and treatment history that you choose to share.
• Context — your history with China (for Second Home eligibility) and your stated reason for the trip.

You decide how much to share. The first assessment can begin with a description in your own words; we will tell you if we need more.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to assess feasibility, match you to a hospital and physician, prepare documents and coordinate your travel. We do not use your health information for marketing, and we do not sell it. We do not share it with any hospital or third party until you authorise a specific referral.

4. Where it is stored

Enquiry data is collected through a Feishu (Lark) form and stored in a Feishu-managed workspace. Feishu is a third-party service provider; its servers are located in China. By submitting the enquiry form you acknowledge that your data will be processed through this platform. If you prefer, you can share the same information with us directly by email instead.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of your active assessment and, if you do not proceed, deleted or anonymised within twelve months. If you become a client, records are kept only as long as needed for coordination and follow-up, and as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the People's Republic of China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). These include the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten");
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Object to or restrict processing;
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email tgcp@tiecec.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Access to health information is limited to the coordinator assigned to your case and, after your authorisation, the treating hospital. We do not publish patient information and we never name a client without written consent.
