Travel arranged by a licensed partner, under its own contract.
Flights, hotel, airport transfers and accompanying-family logistics are handled by a licensed travel partner. That partner issues the itinerary and the travel contract and carries the operator's responsibility. TGCP coordinates the medical side; we do not sell travel and we charge no commission on it.

The travel partner must hold a licence covering inbound tourism business. The travel contract and invoices are issued by that partner, which carries the tour-operator's responsibility. TGCP does not collect travel payments and receives no travel commission.
Visa routes
How entry to China works
China has no separate "medical visa" category. The correct route depends on your nationality and how long your treatment takes. We confirm the route that applies to you before you commit to dates.
Visa-free entry — up to 30 days
Many nationalities enter China without a visa for up to 30 days. This covers check-ups and shorter treatment courses. The policy currently runs to 31 December 2026.
240-hour transit exemption
Travellers from around 55 countries transiting to a third destination can stay up to 240 hours (10 days) with an onward ticket. Suitable for a short executive check-up.
S2 visa — longer treatment
Where treatment exceeds 30 days, or your nationality is not visa-exempt, an S2 visa (short-term private affairs, including medical treatment) applies. Stays over 180 days use an S1 visa.
Invitation letter — hospital issued
The invitation letter must be issued by a hospital with the relevant licence. Intermediaries cannot issue it. We help you obtain it from the treating hospital; we do not claim to arrange the visa for you.
Hainan — a separate visa-free policy
Hainan has its own visa-free entry policy for citizens of around 61 countries, which connects directly to the Boao Lecheng pilot zone. We confirm the policy that applies to your nationality and treatment plan.
