How we charge
You pay each party directly.
You pay each party directly. The hospital bills you for clinical care; a licensed travel agency bills you for accommodation and transport; TGCP charges one coordination fee, determined by programme duration and programme content, once your treatment plan and estimated price are confirmed. Medical expenses are paid directly by you to the hospital; we do not collect or mark them up. We do not accept commissions from hospitals and do not represent any specific hospital. Each quotation specifies the scope of services, service provider, dates, and exclusions. Final settlement is based on actual costs incurred — any difference is refunded or collected. Medical and travel costs are settled as they occur.
