How we charge
Two bills, each itemised.
You pay two parties, separately. The hospital bills you directly for clinical care; TGCP charges a flat $1,000 coordination fee, due when you sign the service agreement. Medical and travel costs are settled as they occur.

Each programme lists what is included and what is not. The $1,000 service fee covers coordination end to end; clinical care is paid to the hospital at its own rate.

Not included, billed at actual
- Clinical charges: screening packages at a fixed pre-paid rate; surgery and hospital stays quoted precisely after examination
- Hotel accommodation and ground transport, arranged by a licensed travel agency
- International flights and travel insurance
- Visa and consular fees
- Personal expenses and additional cultural programme beyond the agreed plan
